At Allwoth, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is missing essential parts or accessories.
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (where applicable).
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or replacement unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Products showing signs of use beyond inspection.
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Personal care, hygiene, consumable, customized, or perishable products where returns are restricted for health or safety reasons.
3. Replacement Policy
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product or an equivalent product, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion or where required by applicable law.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
- The product is returned and passes our inspection, but a replacement cannot be provided due to unavailability.
- The order is cancelled by Allwoth before it is shipped.
- A duplicate payment has been successfully received.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after the order has been shipped.
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Minor variations in product colour, size, or appearance that may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be made via bank transfer or another suitable payment method after verifying the customer’s bank details.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
6. How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund
To request a return, replacement, or refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Inspection
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, the request may be declined.
8. Changes to This Policy
Allwoth reserves the right to amend or update this Return, Replacement & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon publication on our website.
